Watch Story Box Library's short film on Leigh Hobbs

story-box-logo copyThe Story Box Library is a great Australian initiative that pairs the very best children's literature with the very best performers, to produce videos that can be used for educational – or just storytelling – purposes. After all, there's nothing better than having someone read you a good story!

The service features 'engaging online Australian stories read by some of Australia's finest storytellers' such as Justine Clarke reading Greetings from Sandy Beach by Bob Graham, Clare Bowditch reading Fiona the Pig's Big Day by Leigh Hobbs and Nick Cave reading The Bunyip of Berkley's Creek by Jenny Wagner and Ron Brooks.

To celebrate the new Australian Children's Laureate for 2016/17 the Story Box Library has put together this short film on Leigh Hobbs. Take a look around Leigh's studio and inside the pages of his sketch book.
